This is my frame jig that can be adjusted and modified for any frame I want to build. The headstock can be set from 20 to 30 degrees and can slide up and down to fit whatever I need. I can make mounting points off the lower beam for motor mounts, SA etc. The plates shown are for my YA6 frame. They hold the motor mounts and SA pivot in place. The whole jig rotates on an engine stand my son built many years ago. It's great to be able to swing it around as you weld.
I made a SA jig that also fits into the engine stand. My old jig was made on a Blanchard ground plate and was a pain to work with and very heavy. This one is fully machined so everything lines up perfectly.
